Return Policy
30 Day Returns
- The Chicago Organ Company allows up to 30 Days on returns of New product(s).
- New items must be returned in original condition with all packaging and documents to receive a full refund.
Vintage Gear Returns
- A request for the return of any vintage equipment must be made within 5 business days from when the item (s) were received. Please submit a request from our return form below.
Free In-Shop Returns
- Items purchased online can be returned to any Chicago Organ Company store. Just bring a copy of your order confirmation email or the packing slip you received with your order. Credit will be issued immediately.
Organ and Leslie Returns
- We will deduct a 15% restocking fee on all Organs and Leslie returns.
Special Order Returns
- Since a special order is a product that we might not usually stock, we cannot accept a return on these types of items. If there is a defect or issue with the product we will be happy to help you contact the manufacturer so that you can set up a warranty claim or exchange.
Return Fees on Free Shipping Items
- We will deduct the outbound shipping cost to your original shipping address from the refund.
Who pays to return shipping?
- Our customers will have to pay the return cost to ship the item back to us unless the item was damaged from the shipping carrier or if you received the incorrect item.
When will I receive my refund?
- We will issue a refund with 2-4 business days after our warehouse has received the item or items.
